Submitted By: Aiden's mommy from Winter Park, FL   Date: 04/16/2009 Before I got these things, I was pumping about half an ounce from both breasts combined during each pumping session. With them, I pump 1.5 ounces combined each session. So they've tripled my output! I did find that the little lump that makes them not quite fit on the breast flange is necessary. IF you cut it, like I did on one of them, the insert doesn't poof up and doesn't stimulate the areola as well. So don't alter these things, they work fine as they are!
