Is the $1599 price for a queen or twin? And why is it described as for a child?

The photos show a twin, even bunk beds. Why not show the actual queen-size mattress that one would be getting? And why is it described as being for a child—is it not firm or durable enough for a heavier adult?

Is this a 2-in-1 mattress, with 1 waterproof side and one quilted side?

Is this the Naturepedic no-compromise organic cotton 2-in-1 ultra featured here: http://www.naturepedic.com/products/kids/2in1_organic_kids_mattress.php and what the manufacturer describes as: "The 2 in 1 Organic Cotton Ultra is highly versatile, combining waterproof and quilted sides for an ideal children's mattress. Use the waterproof side when they first come out of the crib and while they're training. The waterproof side also functions as a dust-mite barrier. When the child gets older, flip the mattress over for a more luxurious comfortable feel."
