It's hard to recommend a single stroller without knowing everything about your situation. However, based on what you've asked it sounds like the Britax B-Agile may be a good option. It is very lightweight at 16.5 pounds, collapses easily, and is easy to maneuver with its 3 wheel design. You may also want to consider the City Mini 4-Wheel Stroller (http://www.babyearth.com/baby-jogger-city-mini-4-wheel-single-stroller.html). It weight slightly more at 19.9 pounds, but folds easily, has front wheel suspension, and a 65 pound weight limit.
