Until what age can a baby sleep in the Arm's Reach Original Co-Sleeper?
I notice in the description of the "Arm's Reach Ideal Co-sleeper" that it is not recommended that a baby older than 5 months sleep in it. I am looking for a co-sleeper that can be used until the baby is about a year or can convert into a crib (I will be moving when the baby is about 1 year and I don't want to have to move 2 cribs). What is the age limit on the original co-sleeper? Thanks.
The Original Co-Sleeper Bassinet is designed to be utilized as a co-sleeper, a freestanding bassinet, and a play yard. Arm's Reach, the manufacturer, recommends can the co-sleeper can be used until a child can push up on hands and knees at approximately 5 months. In the bassinet mode, Arm's Reach recommends a maximum weight of 30 lbs or only as long as the motor skills of the child do not enable the child to repeatedly roll back and forth or reach up to the sidewalls and roll/crawl onto the bed, In the play yard mode, it can be used until approximately 1-1/2 to 2 years old or until a child reaches a height of 35" or is able to climb out of the play yard.
