My 18-mo son has bruise lines where his little hiney hits the sides of the potty. I stopped using it once I saw because I don't want this to hurt our chances at potty training. But I realized that that is why he wasn't sitting still on the potty - it was painful!!! I was definitely disappointed in this product.

My daughter was 16 months and starting to say "potty" and wanting to sit on the big toilet. The reviews on this item were great and after purchasing I've found myself that it is great. My daughter sits on it with no problem. It fits in the toilet with great ease and does not move. She loves it and so do I.

I found it not to be as "secure" as I hoped. It has little flaps that kind of put pressure on the toilet seat, to hold it in place, but if sat on wrong on the front it can flip up behind the toddler. But once the child is sitting in it, the seat isnt going to slide off or go anywhere! I do like the easy clean design and versatility for boy or girl. I do recommend this seat, just know that it may not be super 'secure'.

This trainer fits perfectly on our elongated toilet--it's adjustable so I think it'll fit other types too. Once it's in, it's secured. Then it's also very easy to take out. I like the simple plastic design, so that it's very easy to clean by rinsing it. My 11 month old daughter sits securely on it (with me holding her because she's still young)) and enjoys it very much. She was using the Baby Bjorn Little Potty prior to this, and now she uses both. She seems to like this toilet trainer because it makes her feel like a big girl. The design is such that it'll still fit a bigger toddler.

It could have been nice if there's a handle to the trainer, but overall I'm very happy with it. In fact, I'm very happy with all the Baby Bjorn purchases I've made.
