Trying to choose your BellaBand size?

Go by your pre-pregnancy size. If you are in-between BellaBand sizes, that's not so surprising. Some women are adverse to a snug fit during pregnancy while others want that tighter fit for support or the feeling of being "held in." Think about what will work for you. If you want a snug fit, go with the smaller of the two sizes you are considering. If the idea of something snug is unappealing, but you still need to hold up your pants, try the larger size. One size should last you throughout your entire pregnancy.

I even use it to cover my belly while I lift my top up to breastfeed. Sometimes I use them as "tube tops" under my deep v-neck tops. They're really great!
