Should Halloween Be Moved to Last Saturday in October?

Why hasn't a petition been started before now?

Collective moans go out amongst children everywhere when they find out Halloween is on a school night, so one group is petitioning to change that.

The Halloween & Costume Association has started a petition to move Halloween to the last Saturday of October to ensure the holiday always falls on a weekend.

I know parents have discussed this for years and personally, I'm surprised we've never seen a petition like the "Saturday Halloween Movement" until now.

So which side of the debate do you stand on: leave Halloween on October 31st or move it to the last Saturday of October every year? Weigh in below!
