Shanna May 16th, 2010 We have enjoyed our Boon high chair for almost a year now. It is easy to use and very easy to keep clean. I love how we can roll it over to the sink for even quicker clean up. The height adjustment is handy when we want to pull the high chair right up to the table.
Last weekend we broke one of the buckles on the harness. I am happy to report that Boon immediately sent us a replacement harness system. We did not have to file a warranty claim or jump through any hoops - just a quick phone call & emailed photo was sufficient.
We've been impressed with both the high chair and the great customer service!

Stacy from San Diego March 26th, 2010 After a few uses, a huge piece fell out of the bottom. It seems to be the weight. The brake never worked. Customer service at Boon was awful. I am throwing the chair away as unsafe and moving on.

PK from Lexington, KY February 8th, 2010 Really like the chair for our 6-month old. It was easy to put together and is easy to maintain. It rolls around easily and doesn't take up much space. It doesn't lock into place on our wood floors though... not a problem, yet anyway...

PC from Greenwich, CT November 26th, 2009 I read about the chair before it was available and was one of the first to get one. We love the chair for all the above reasons (easy to clean, small foot print, easy to manuver, and cool looking). We also had the casters fall apart (I think we may have been one of the first to have this happen). However, Boon has to have one of the best customer service departments on the planet. I emailed them photos and a video of the wheels and they responed immediately. I did have to wait for two months for the casters to be redesigned, but Boon sent an entire new base which has been trouble free since December 2007 (today November 2009). In fact, because I had to wait for the new base, Boon sent me one of their other products as a gift. I actually ejoyed the whole customer sevice process with the Boon representative (which is amazing because I usually find my dealings with customer service departments to be quite painful). I would recommed this chair without hesitation.

Katey from IA October 22nd, 2009 I got this high chair after spending all kinds of time searching for the "right" one. I love the highchair and it is definitely the easiest to clean and it does look pretty cool. My older kids love to roll the baby around in it, and so far it's held up, we've only had it for about a month so I can't vouch for how sturdy it is but I love the brake feature and I thought I would love the pneumatic lift but to tell you the truth, I've never used it. I just raised it to the highest level and left it there because the tray is very small (though I love that it comes with 2 covers) I really just roll it up to the table and feed him from there instead of using the tray. When we got this, my son was still not sitting up on his own (he's a little behind) he still managed to stay upright between the leg bar and the straps and the tray(there is no full bar across the front without the tray). All in all, it's a great chair and I'm glad I bought it.

Natalie from Austin July 14th, 2009 Features that make it awesome:
- All plastic; cleanable with wet wipe. No need to throw covers into the wash after every feeding...or keep a nasty cover on to avoid washing so often
- Seat attached in such a way that there are no hinges, nooks or crannies for food to get stuck in
- Harness is removable for washing
- Wheels. Wow- didn't think this was all that useful until I got it. Whenever my son gets restless, we go for a spin and then back to eat. Does the trick every time. Not to mention I can wheel him into the kitchen where he can sit and watch me prepare his food.
- Removable tray covers (two!). You don't have to wash the whole tray, just the cover:)

abby January 22nd, 2009 The best feature of the Boon high chair (besides its sleek appearance) is how easy it is to clean -- a big selling point for me. I also love how easy it is to roll around the house without scratching my hardwood floors. The lift feature is also great. The two things I don't like about the chair are 1) the chair is wobbly in the base - it's not dangerous wobbly, but it's kind of annoying that when my baby kicks his legs he wobbles around - and 2) the brake does not work great - it's hard to press the pedal and when the brake is on the chair can still move a little. This is my first high chair so I don't have a comparison, but I wanted for a great looking chair that you can just wipe down clean and go...it's great.

veronica October 27th, 2008 These are the most important pros I found:
1.It look´s great, cool design
2. Very easy to clean
3. adjust to any high
4. Brake
The only con is that the tray is too small

summer August 26th, 2008 I was happy to come across this high chair because I wanted something more modern and cheaper than the fresco high chair I was looking at. But after receiving it I wish I would of spent the extra 300 and purchased the fresco high chair. The boon high chair has a great look and its very easy to clean. But after assembling the chair, and making sure its locked into position it seems to wobble a lot.

Risa Moriarity May 20th, 2008 This high chair looks really cool. However, we've only used ours for 5 months and one of the wheels came off the base. We certainly have not abused the chair--the most it has rolled has been about 8 feet a couple of times a day. Unfortunately, when the wheel fell off, a bunch of ball bearings also fell out. So, I don't think it's an easy fix. The chair still rolls for the most part, but occasionally scratches the floor now.
