DanafromHarrisburg, PA August 8th, 2010 I LOVED the idea and look of this product when I put it on my baby registry. When my daughter finally got old enough to put it up, I was excited. I took it out of the package and expected to find suction cups and instead found adhesive strips and SCREWS. I don't know about you, but most people I know either have tile or a fully molded fiberglass tub, and the idea of screwing anything into either of those seems rather unappealing to me, personally. So I followed the directions (thoroughly cleanse the area then rub down with rubbing alcohol and let dry for at LEAST 10 min)even letting the dry wall sit overnight. I have one of those molded tubs that goes almost to the ceiling, so I didn't doubt that I would have a problem attaching the thing. I adhered it with the strips and let the wall bracket sit for 10 min before hanging the EMPTY frog on it. It fell off within 4 hours of being hung. I even went so far as to purchase the suction cup option and replacement adhesive strips from the Boon website. Again, I got excited when they arrived in the mail because I thought that surely EIGHT suction cups should hold the thing in place. So, I followed the instructions explicitly and joyfully hung the thing again. We left for the evening and when we got home three hours later, low and behold the dear little froggy had decided again, that he liked being in the tub rather than on the wall. So I hung him AGAIN, almost WILLING the thing to stay in place and walked away. That time it only took an hour. So please, tell me what I may be doing wrong that I have tried adhesive strips and suction cups on a FLAT, DRY surface and it still won't hold. I am really very disappointed, but I refuse to give up on the silly plastic thing (aside from drilling holes in my one piece tub- I won't bring myself to that).
Kelly April 28th, 2010 We love this toy holder. It has a lot of room for all sorts of bath toys, is easy to hang, and it looks adorable in the bathtub. The scoop makes it easy to gather up toys after a bath and I love that I can hang a bath sponge or two from it.
A ParentfromTX April 5th, 2010 I purchased this as a shower gift for an expectant mom. It was a hit at the shower for being so cute and innovative. My only worry would be if it would stick to all tiles, but that is a worry with any suction cup holders.
SarafromMilton, FL March 22nd, 2010 Great bath toy holder. Attaches easily to the bath tub wall. Fun to look at and works great at holding all of the bath toys.
Iowa City MomfromIowa January 7th, 2010 This didn't stick to our wall w/ suctions nor adhesive. It was also rather large and bulky for our small bathtub.
cadynfromausitn, tx October 21st, 2009 This is easy to install and makes clean up after bathtime a breeze. It holds tons of stuff too and is obviously cool to look at.
Lindsay HfromFayetteville, NC October 15th, 2009 I love that this is huge, as it holds loads of stuff. My 2.5 y.o. loves to "catch" her toys to drain them out. The problem is that it won't stick to the walls! I have the suction cup and the sticky option, and i have a bear of a time with the suction cups. I clean with alcohol, let it dry overnight, apply suction, let that sit for 24 hours, and it still falls off a lot. Other than that, it's great. Oh, and if the frog body falls in the tub, it fills with water. There is a drain hole at the butt, but it takes awhile and I hate the idea of residual grimy water stuck in there.
EllafromCT August 3rd, 2009 A must have! Keeps all my baby's toys organized! I don't have any problems with it falling off. Maybe some of you are being a little too rough with it. I love my frog pod and my baby love's it too.
StarlafromTampa, FL July 29th, 2009 It's bigger than it looks but it's super easy to hang. I like how the toy caddy part comes off so you can scoop up all the toys and then click it back on. We hang washcloths and shampoo rinse cups from the toes and the shelf for the soap is great because it keeps it out of reach from the baby.
Kami VanousfromDurango, CO January 30th, 2009 The frog pod is awesome. It comes with different options for mounting. I was shocked by how large it is when we got it - but at least it is big enough to keep everything organized!
Mama A June 16th, 2008 We were so disappointed with this product! The scoop did not fit back on the base. We tried to return it and it was going to cost us more to send it back than it was to purchase. Save your money!
terri schrock June 24th, 2006 GREAT bath toy holder.....we have gone through many bath toy holders and this is the only one that actually stays up w/o falling. It's roomy and holds plenty of toys. The shelf for shampoo is handy and you can hang wash cloths from it's toes......I love it!
Wendy Horvath May 5th, 2006 I have had this frog for two weeks now and it has fallen off my shower wall at least 5 times ... I have even super glued it to the wall and it still falls off ... if anyone has any suggestions on how they keep it on the wall , please let me know ( whorv67@yahoo.com)
