Boon

Boon, Inc. is committed to creating innovative gear built to tackle the challenges of parenting while keeping their solutions stylish and affordable. Boon was founded by designer Rebecca Finell as she struggled to keep her toddler's messy bathtub tidier and the Frog Pod was soon born. With lots of additional ideas for parenting innovations, Rebecca partnered with Ryan Fernandez to launch Boon, Inc.

The definition of Boon, "a benefit bestowed, especially one bestowed in response to a request" sums up the company's philosophy. Boon believes each one of their products is a Boon to parents since it helps to make everyday life a bit easier while incorporating great design at an affordable price.

In addition to creating high-quality and innovative products, Boon also donates 10% of their profits to charities specifically benefiting children in need. Focused on organizations in their home state of Arizona, Boon recently started working with the Child Crisis Center. Through a variety of different programs, the Child Crisis Center helps prevent child abuse and neglect and works to strengthen families through education.

For children with lots of stuffed animals, the Boon Otto Animal Bag is a smart and practical solution. This oversized, plush bag is covered with zippered windows made of transparent, durable mesh. Children can fill the bag with stuffed animals of all sizes and then use the Animal Bag as a soft and comfy seat. The high-quality fabric is machine washable or it can be dry cleaned.

Bath time is even more fun since collecting, cleaning up and storing toys is snap with Boon's Frog Pod. The removable scoop makes it easy to gather and rinse bath toys while the built-in shelf behind the frog's head is perfect for storing shampoo and soap bottles. The wall-mounted base attaches to the bathtub wall with one of three options: adhesive strips, suction cups or screws. The Frog Pod is a winner of the 2005 Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association Innovation Award.

For children and parents on-the-go, the Boon Snack Ball is a great product. This container has a hard exterior to keep snacks from getting crushed and is designed in a fun, sphere shape your child will love. The lid snaps in place to keep snacks inside and the two halves unscrew for easy cleaning.
