I recently bought replacements vents for the Born Free bottles I have. In hindsight I don't think I needed to buy replacement, but I did. I love the Born Free vent system and the fact that their product are BPA free and have been for quite some time. I don't think you really need to replace the vents unless they get lost or messed up in the dishwasher.
