Melissa from Alaska July 7th, 2010 I bought this for my son who is 4 years old. It's his 2nd one- the last one fell off the bed too many times- needed to be replaced. His first one was a shower gift. He didn't really appreciate it until he was about a year old. I really believe that it helped his transition to sleeping in his own bed. We made a routine: shower, teeth, books, turtle. Piece of cake! It's his nightlight, his toy, and his friend. I recommend it to everyone. And I always pick this to give as a shower gift now.

Melissa from Morgantown, West Virginia May 31st, 2010 Children love this. Love that the timer shuts it off automatically. Bright but not too bright, the different colors have different brightness to them.

Lucy April 15th, 2010 This is great for my two year old - the stars make a really nice nightlight and since it's on for 45 minutes, she usually goes to sleep by the time it turns off. The only thing that would be better is if it played music. Overall, it was a great buy!

Petunia Gray March 20th, 2010 I bought this turtle with very high expectations and when we removed it from the box and turned it on we were a bit disappointed. It does produce stars in 3 different colors, but thats all it does. I guess were expecting the stars to blink or change colors on their own or something like that. It is nice for the baby to look at but kind of cheaply made for what we paid for it.

Lisa from Charlotte, NC March 16th, 2010 I bought this turtle for a baby shower I was attending. A preschool student of mine brought one in to share with the class for show-n-tell, and the kids thought it was so cool. It's a sweet, sleepy time turtle that has a shell that lights up. Makes nighttime special for little ones. I ordered it to be wrapped with a giftcard, and it was delivered earlier than promised. Nice and easy website.

Amy from PA February 1st, 2010 I was worried he may be too old for this, but he loves it. He started to cry at night and when we bought this it really helped him calm down. We sit and rock in the dark and look at the stars. A great investment!

Kelly from South Lake Tahoe, CA October 1st, 2009 My husband and I love this for our son's room. We love that you can choose which color you want the stars to be. We can't wait until he's old enough for us to show him the constellations. It's a great alternative to a nightlight since it can go anywhere. I have a feeling this may go on trips to grandma's house! Highly recommend.

Lindsay from California September 4th, 2009 My husband and I love this turtle! I'm due to give birth to our son any day now. We just finished his nursery and we had a tree, clouds and birds painted on the sky blue walls. During the day the room looks like a nice outdoor sunny day scene and with this turtle at night the room looks like a beautiful night sky. My husband and I love to lay on the nursery floor at night with the turtle turned on and admire the starry sky and look for the constellations! It comes with a book explaining the different constellations, so it will be helpful in teaching our son about astronomy. The nursery is pretty small we have the turtle on the floor in the middle of the room and stars cover the ceiling and part of the walls. The blue light is the brightest and the amber is the dimmest. So if your child doesn't like a ton of light the amber is the best setting. If you want the stars to appear smaller on the ceiling put the turtle on a higher bookcase or dresser. It is not a cuddly stufft animal the shell is hard plastic. I'm sure the baby will love it, but We like it so much we are tempted to put in our room!

Sharon from Westport, CT September 4th, 2009 I bought this for my 14 month old son to help him relax when going down for nap time. He just loves it. He has even learned how to say turtle and asks for him whenever we go upstairs to bed. I only wish it had some motion on the lights or transitioned automatically from one color to the next.

Julieta from Naperville IL September 2nd, 2009 I really love this toy. My baby was more curious than relax in the beginning.
It was nice and relaxing when I got up to nurse with these beautiful stars.
The gift was for mom first, and now my baby enjoys it as well

vl from sedona Az August 18th, 2009 It was a gift for my Grandchild....they love it...says it makes the room light up , they don't have to turn on a night when checking on the baby...soft feel in the room with a cute friend.........................

Noel Porter from Canyon Lake, CA July 29th, 2009 While the turtle is cute... it really doesn't look like much until you turn in on in a dark room... and then it's WAY COOL. My 16 month old son falls asleep almost every night staring up at the stars on his ceiling. It's so cool... I think it will be a new go to baby shower gift. The other bummer is that it works best when set in the middle of the room. But we just move the hamper to the center of the nursery and then put the turtle on top of it... and viola... a starry night.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.... it could only be improved by an ability to play lullaby music... :)

Amy from CA July 23rd, 2009 I bought the twilight turtle for a friend after giving two twilight ladybugs as a gift to a niece and friend. My niece absolutely LOVES her ladybug! She does not go anywhere overnight without it! We are purchasing the sea turtle for our daughter who is to be born in a couple weeks. I love that you can use it as a night light or you can put it in the middle of the room and have the constellations displayed on the ceiling. I also like that there are three different colors that you can choose from to light the room. (blue, green, and amber on the turtle) If you are not sure what to give someone, this is a great gift!

LISA HOBBS from ORE CITY, TEXAS June 9th, 2009 I BOUGHT A TWILIGHT TURTLE FOR BOTH MY GRANDSONS FOR THEIR BIRTHDAYS. ONE JUST TURNED TWO AND THE OTHER ONE TURNED ONE. THE TWO YEAR OLD LOVES IT BECAUSE HE IS FASCINATED WITH THE MOON AND STARS AT NIGHT AND NOW HE CAN SEE THEM ALL DAY LONG, ANY COLOR HE WANTS. THE ONE YEAR OLD DOESN'T LIKED TO BE ROCKED SO THIS GIVES HIM SOMETHING TO LOOK AT WHILE HE FALLS ASLEEP. BOTH MY DAUGHTER-IN-LAWS LOVE THEM BECAUSE THEY HAVE A TIMER AND WILL GO OFF BY THEMSELVES WITHOUT ANYONE GETTING WOKE UP.

MomDC from Washington, DC May 14th, 2009 I like the product but I don't love it. It doesn't have any music, the lights don't move, and the stars are so hazy on the ceiling that you are not able to point out the different constellations (as pointed out on the manufacter's box) but it's cute and it's great as a night light. The turtle illuminates the stars in three differnt colors which is nice. I like to turn it on the dim orange when my two year old son is really sleepy or to the brighter green or blue when he is in a more playful mood. I do like that the turtle is a little fluffy since he likes it on the bed next to him. Overall, it's not the best product out there. I would have liked something that plays a little soothing music but it's still cute and fulfills its function.

Kurt from Wilmington, DE May 1st, 2009 I bought the Cloud b Twilight Turtle because of how well it fit in with the room decor of the new Nursery I put together. The product arrived fast and in perfect condition. I am very happy with the choice and would recommend it to everyone.

Kate Madson from Baraboo,WI April 13th, 2009 We bought the twilight turtle to put in our baby's room for a nightime light. Our baby is due in June so we haven't put it to good use yet. The turtle is cute, but I'm not so impressed with the stars that it shines out. They are really big, I was expecting them to be a bit smaller and look like a truer constellation. It has three color options which I like, and the different colors do change the formation of stars which is neat.

Laura Peterson from Stuart, FL April 8th, 2009 We were really impressed with the detail of the stars and moons that depict from this little turtle. The room has a nice warm glow in whichever color you choose, green, blue or amber. It has a timer on it, so you can set it when you put your child down and not have to worry about going back in and turning it off. Our 4 month old son stares up at the ceiling at walls and just checks it out. Definitely a great purchase! This would be a great baby shower gift!!!

Jennifer from Boca Raton, FL February 19th, 2009 I have been wanting to buy this for my son since he was a newborn.....finally got around to ordering it and I am so glad that I did. It works great and my 2yr old loves it. He sleeps with it every night, now that he is in his own "big boy" bed. Three different color settings although I believe the green works the best. I have to say that we had another item similar to this that projects the constellations onto the ceiling/walls that didn't work nearly as well. The stars projected from the turtle light basically cover my son's entire room. Awesome.....I will be buying another one for my 10 month old.

Sabrina December 29th, 2008 I bought this for my 3 year old son and he loves it. It lights up the room just enough, and it also gives him something to look at while he's falling asleep. Before the twilight turtle he would get up out of bed and call me in for anything he could think of. Since I started using the turtle he stays in bed and sings himself to sleep.

Leah December 2nd, 2008 I also got this turtle for my 4 month old. I saw it and counted the days til it got here! I love the idea of inspiring my daughter with educational fun at a young age. She just looks at the lights even during the day and it's a tear-stopper. She is so curious about it and loves the different colors. I used to leave a lamp on all night but thanks to this interactive night-light, we fall asleep alot sounder because of the sleep function. I have already had friends ask me about it. It's a little high-priced, as is most every item on this website, but this acts as a day playtime toy, a nightlight and to be honest, I love it too! I cant wait to teach her the constellations! Thanks BabyEarth!

Tiana from Madison, MS May 21st, 2008 I was sceptical if it was going to work well. Well, It is awsome. I could use one in my room. I got it for my 3 year old and will definitly be getting one for my 9 month old on his one year birthday. It really puts out beautiful stars all over the room. Just the perfect amount of light. Lawson sleeps with it in his bed. I told them that they are magical stars that keep him safe. He said then Rylan needs one also. The blue and green light work real well, The amber dosn't really put stars on the ceiling well, but it ends up being good for an option of softer light. I also love that it shuts off automatically, saving the battery. We have not had to replace the batteries yet. I was also supprised that it came with batteries. You can't really make out real constilations on the ceiling, but who cares..it's cool anyway. I can not imagine any child of any ane not wanting this. Wish we had this when we were kids. J April 16th, 2008 My son is three and he still loves his turtle! It helps him fall a sleep at night and if he wakes up in the middle of the night he can turn it on himself and he dosen't wake us up. My neice just got the lady bug for her birhtday. She's 4 and now goes to bed without the light on and by herself!
