This sleep pad is super versatile. It works well in the co sleeper, crib, for a camp bed when they're super tiny, and on cold nights when we wanted to have our little one in our bed with us, we put her in between us and the foam pads made us feel like there was a good barrier to keep the baby safe from us rolling over on her and yet she still could sleep close to me. It's also nice to have to take over to people's houses when your baby gets a little bit bigger because you can put them to sleep on a guest bed or couch and it is much easier than hauling a pack and play around. It's also great to use if your baby has a cold because it elevates the head and helps them breath easier.
