gking              November 16th, 2010 I started using this at the hospital but it did not stop the cracking or terrible pain from nursing. After a week I even had bleeding and so I don't think this really helped. However I was not willing to use anything else because I didn't want baby ingesting any chemicals. So I guess using this was better than not using anything.

While traditional lanolin was helpful, I found this nipple butter far superior as it not only protected my nipples in between feedings, but it also actually helped heal my sore, cracked nipples (where the lanolin fell short). And the bonus that I love is that it's not sticky, and I don't have to worry about wiping it off before feeding. I'm absolutely passionate about this product!

It's one of those things that you don't think you'll need but it becomes your most important thing to have around. I brought it to the hospital and started using it right away. I've bought a total of three of these so far so that I can keep one upstairs, one on the main floor and one in the diaper bag. I don't want to be without it!

It goes on very smoothly and is not sticky which makes a huge difference when nipples are sore, there's no tugging while trying to apply. I will definitely buy this product again, in fact, it will be a part of every baby shower gift from now on.

I rarely had sore nipples and, if I did, I put this on at night and was healed by morning. My son is 8 months old now and I am still using the same jar that I started with!

e from Utah              June 5th, 2009 I was using the typical lanolin treatment when I developed fairly significant scabs on both nipples. The lanolin caused the scabs to stick to the breast pads I was using so I had to find an alternative. This is the stuff that worked for me. It is at least as soothing as the lanolin and it never caused my nipples or scabs to stick to anything. I've been throwing jars in with every shower gift I give these days.
