I bought a pair of these several years ago when I was pregnant with my last son. They were heaven sent! Now that I no longer need them for their intended purpose (for breast therapy) I have found they are great for owies. Since they have a soft fabric they aren't as cold or harsh on the skin as a bag of ice or an ice pack would be. I simply fold them (since they naturally can fold) and place them on the owie. I highly recommend them!
