They said this looks so much like Avent, but when I got the bottles, the plastic looks cheap. Plus it leaks! Going back to Avent.

My daughter is extrememly finicky about her bottle and we tried every kind imaginable before recieving some Avent bottles from a friend. Daughter loved them! Great news! But I only recieved four bottles and needed buy more, but with a $10 per bottle price tag I was a bit reluctant. Found these Gerber ones at Hy-Vee grocery store and bought the three pack for $8! We just bought them a few days ago, but my daughter hasn't even noticed a difference! We use the Avent ones we had and these fabulous Gerber ones at the same time! We use the Avent size 1 nipples because everything else chokes my girl (she is four months old) but I am so happy/relieved to have found a cheaper alternative to Avent!

These bottles are horrible. They are just terrible. Not only do they leak everywhere in your diaper bag, but they also seem to choke your baby. The nipple is so long my little girl could barely get a latch on it. I replaced them within a week. Also, they caused a lot of gas in my baby.

We were dedicated Avent users with my first born, and stocked up before we had our twins. Then with the BPA warnings, we decided to switch to safer bottles. The reviews for BPA Free Avent bottles were not good (1 stars) because they leaked all the time and I didn't want to spend SO MUCH money on something that didn't work. When I found these, I was so excited. Not only to the tops have different colors so that I can keep track of which bottle belongs to which baby, they are also so similar to Avent that the babies (then 2 months) didn't even notice. I only marked them 4 stars because they occasionally leak. You have to get a sense of how tightly to screw them on. Most of the time, they are fine. But, I think every bottle with an uncomplicated venting system leaks. I'd rather deal with a leak 10% of the time than all of those parts 100% of the time.

We had twins and some of AVENT bottles, once they needed more than 4Oz's the $10/Bottle cost of the 9oz was way too much. These are just as good, BPA free, and we seem to have less "leaking" than the AVENT bottles. (The Babies love Avent, but the leaks are annoying). Since we had a ton of the 4Oz bottles, these are great in that the Avent Nipples and Rings are fully compatible.

The Nipples on these are Medium, and when AVENT wants $6 for two nipples... these are even a better deal. (It's like getting the bottles free).

I spent tons of time on the internet looking for an affordable wide mouth BPA free bottle. I finally found these! I couldnt be happier with them! I would compare them to Avent in style and use. They do leak if tightened too tightly (as do Avent) and they plastic is cloudy colored I am assuming it is from being BPA free. I would recommend these to my friends for sure!

We were using Dr. Browns, which were great bottles, for my son's colic. Now he's almost 4 months old, and seems to be alot better. So I had a choice to either replace all of the parts for his bottles, because they had gotten worn out, or just buy newer cheaper bottles. I didn't want to completely steal his "colic" helping bottles, but we def. needed something cheaper. For days, I searched on the internet to find the right bottle and finally found this one. We had tried the Avent bottles, when he was a newborn and they gave him horrible gas. I never had a problem with leaking. I decided to give these a try and hope for the best. Thank GOD! They are perfect. I've heard the nipple collapses, I've heard they leak horrible, I've heard they are flimsy and the bottle will warp, when washed in the dish washer. Well I was mine by hand, they have only leaked once, and it was because my husband didn't know that they cannot be tightened hard, and our nipples have never collapsed. We are very happy! And I will buy again and recommend to friends.

Gentleflow is the cheaper version of Avent. Bought this bottle since they said it's a replica, and Avent nipples can be used with this. It works great, but I'm not that happy with the plastic used to make it. Yup, it's BPA-free but because of the plastic used, the bottle looks old and used up. Plus it leaks sometimes..

I was hoping these would work for my son, unfortunately he is used to the standard size nipples and couldn't adjust to these. This is no fault of the bottle though--they seem to be very high quality and to be a great option as a BPA-free bottle.

I bought these bottles because I love the avent bottles and these are supposed to be just as good and BPA free; I hated them my baby sucked in massive amounts of air w/these and they were 8 oz bottles not 9! luckly I just found BPA free avent bottles! they just came out! ( not the drop in bag ones ) they are amazing!

after hearing about the BPA issue, i knew i had to find a replacement for the bottles i am using. i was looking for bottles that i could use an avent nipple with, and this was recommended to me by a friend. i must say that i am happy with them. I think the only thing i don't like about it is the hue of the bottles. it's not clear like what i am used to. but then, that's not really important. at least i know, i am not putting my daughter at risk with gerber gentle flow bottles. Avent nipples fit them perfectly.. no leaks whatsoever!! and a bonus is that it is cheaper than other bottles..

I bought these because of the growing BPA concerns in baby bottles. The great thing is that these are BPA-free and I can use them with Avent wide-mouth nipples and collars as long as you don't screw them on too tight. The not-so-great thing is that they warped slightly when I stuck them in my steam sterilizer. The box didn't have any warnings so I assumed it would be okay but the bottoms of the bottles came out a little warped. Overall, they are good to save me from worrying any more.
