I just got this stroller last month and I love it. I tried others (in the store) with the swivel front wheel and it wobbled too much while running. This is perfect for jogging/running. This stroller is not for the mall. The wheel's are large so it makes for a smooth ride on dirt trails. I am glad that I decided on the one with the MP3 player. It works great with my iPod. One of the main reasons I purchased this stroller was for the canopy that can be unzipped and pushed down to the tray...the sun always seems to beam directly into my son's face, and this can prevent it, and I just push or pull it depending where the sun is while I am running. It was easy to put together if you read the directions step by step. It is kinda hard to fold up, you can't do it with one hand. I have to push the release buttons then grab the stroller by the tray and handle to fold. Also, the cup holders only hold small water bottles and the mesh bags that hang under the cup holder are for small items like a wallet, keys, lip gloss; a water bottle will not fit there to grab while running. Overall, I am happy with this stroller, plus I got it on sale!
I have this stroller, but in a different color. We don't have sidewalks on our street and the pavement is rough, so a jogger was needed even for a walk with our little one. When he was an infant I used to put his car seat carrier in this stroller for walks (with the tray in securely) even though it's not officially a feature. Now that he's older he sits normally. I am not a serious runner - more like jogger/walker so it works fine. I love that I have a place for keys, snacks for him and my phone. My favorite feature is the music/speakers. I don't enjoy jogging for jogging's sake so this really helps keep me moving. I put my ipod in and we both enjoy music while we are out. The one wish I have is that the front wheel swiveled. It takes some upper body strength to steer and turn this stroller. So, great features for getting some exercise or walks in bumpy surfaces... but agree with the first review, prob. not the best for serious runners.
Bought this stroller last week, used it about 4 times and do not like the handling of it. Before I bought it I thought it looked awesome with great feature and all the storage was a plus. I brought it home, put it together and after a lot of adjusting the brakes to get them to work I went for a run/jog. My 9 month old bounced all over everytime I hit a bump in the pavement. He did not seem to mind but I am not happy that about it. My husband took it out a few time and is very unpleased with the quality. It looks like there are shocks in the back but they are fake and only for looks. We do not like it and are returning it tomorrow. The features are nice but it really is not a true jogger for the runner!
