We have used the travel bag 4 times on planes and when loading out Roundabout in for the first time the zips failed to line up and it took a few minutes of zipping and unzipping to get it to close completely. The travel bag would be better with a heavier duty zip as the current one is too flimsy considering the contents and the usual ground crews tendency to man handle luggage. All that being said.. The car seat is still one piece. E.

I used it to carry my car seat on the plane- very easy to use while I was travelling with two small chidren- I have only used it for one trip but so far it is durable. Overall a good buy.
