SwaddleMe Cotton - Small

The SwaddleMe provides the simplest way to swaddle with soft fabric wings that hug your baby close. A leg pouch pops down for quick diaper changes while leaving baby comfortably swaddled. As baby grows, wings adjust for a customized fit.

Swaddling soothes infants by recreating the comforting snugness of the womb and new research shows that swaddling may help reduce the risk of SIDS by promoting better sleep when babies are on their backs. Beth from Massachusetts              November 19th, 2010 Our baby would flail and smack herself in the face unless her arms were contained, and she too-quickly learned to break free of a blanket-swaddle. Wrapping her in the SwaddleMe didn't wake her up, unlike the wrapping and tucking involved with the Miracle Blanket. She learned to get one arm out of this at about 3 1/2 months, but by then she was starting to control her arms a bit more so rather than buy a larger size as she grew, we just weaned her off swaddling by 4 months.

Amy              October 11th, 2010 My son is only 10 lbs and 22" long, and already cannot fit inside this swaddle! it is so short that he us really bunched up inside, but the biggest problem is that the swaddle will not even close around him! The "wings" are not long enough to envelope him (the velcro ends do not reach). In addition, from day one that we put him into this swaddle, at only 2 weeks old AND a preemie to boot, he was able to easily break out of it because the fabric is so lightweight and thin. It did not do a decent job of actually swaddling my baby, unfortunately. I had originally preferred this design over other popular sleep swaddle brands, but in the end, this one turns out to not swaddle NOR fit. I'm disappointed that I purchased and washed so many of them, only to use them a whole two times.

Shelli from Austin, Texas              October 7th, 2009 It's true, my baby and I are SwaddleMe addicts. We began by swaddling our baby in receiving blankets like they do at the hospital. By 3 weeks old, our baby was too strong for the blankets, they simply couldn't contain her! The Swaddle Me is wonderful. Our baby constantly hits herself in the face with her own hands and can't sleep. The Swaddle Me keeps her from doing this and has allowed her to get long periods of restful sleep overnight!! It is so easy to strap her in and she immediately calms down. She seems to love it! We will definitely get these in bigger sizes as our little one grows.

jessica              July 28th, 2008 My two month old loves these things! I am two older children and did not use this product, but sure wish I had. Baby feels so safe and snug from two weeks old she was sleeping from 10pm till 6am!!! I purchased two, because when my first was in the wash she woke up numerous times in the night!!!
