As a first-time grandparent, I ordered the Sugar Plum rocker and had it shipped directly to our new granddaughter in honor of her recent birth. We wanted to get her something lasting that will be hers to keep even when she's grown. Her daddy put it together without any problems; her mommy says she'll rock baby dolls in it someday. We recently saw it "in person" for the first time when we went to visit and meet the baby. The quality of the wood, paint, and construction is excellent. The colors are rich and carefully applied. This little rocker will definitely withstand the coming years of use by a growing girl.
