Our son is in the NICU because he was a preemie. We noticed that the nurses were using a common brand of diaper cream on him for his diaper rash. I cringed upon reading the ingredient label and asked the nurses to use our Little Twig diaper cream on him instead. The nurses were happy to do so and his diaper rash was almost gone within one day! This diaper cream is thick, smooth, easy to apply, and best of all, it does not have the unpleasant smell that the other diaper cream had. My husband and I were impressed that the cream was gentle enough not to further irritate our son's delicate preemie skin, like we suspected the other diaper cream had. The nurses loved that it was not scented! I would definitely buy this diaper cream again and would recommend it to anyone.

I love this product. This cream worked great. I put it on for one diaper change and the rash went away. A little bit goes a long way, so it is definitely worth the money!!!

This diaper cream is great! My daughter hasn't yet had full blown diaper rash, but at times when she has shown signs that she may be starting to develop one, we use this cream and it seems to help. A little bit goes a very long way with this stuff, and I love that it's not as sticky or "goopy" as some other diaper creams can be.
