We bought the Crimson Maclaren Parasol from Baby Earth to match our Maclaren Triumph umbrella stroller and couldn't be happier. The Triumph is lacking in its the canopy, which is better than most small strollers, but it could be better for the intense sun and random rain sprinkles we get. We love that the parasol can be aimed directly at early morning, high noon or late evening sun, and can also easilly serve as a traditional umbrella for a bit of rain, and all this without the effort or bulk of stopping and pulling out and putting on an unattractive vinyl (nasty off-gassing!) rain cover over the whole stroller, which also makes the stroller occupant's air stuffy. The parasol is well-made, as one would expect of Maclaren, and pops right off the clamp on the stroller to leave it aside when wet, too.(Umbrella down and velcro strapped shut. Much easier than a wet vinyl cover.) It's a travelling dream. The whole outfit fits neatly in their travel bag for car or air travel. And it will move to our back-up Maclaren Volo stroller. Fantastic deal!
