I was told to start "power pumping" to help increase my milk supply, so every 15 minutes I was pumping. Since I'm no longer plugged in and can walk around and have my hands free, pumping has been much less of a chore! I'm able to care care of other things as I am pumping, including holding my little one! I would definitely recommend this product!
