I was using a breast pump for the first time, but had breastfed both of my prior babies. I will have to return to work after my most recent baby was born, so I was practicing with my Medela pump. It hurt every time that I used it and my nipples remained a little swollen for about an hour or so. I found how to tell if the sheild is too big on the Medela site, but none of the stores in my area carried the smaller shield (21 mm) only the bigger ones. The only online store that I found was yours after doing a search for the item as you are not listed on the Medela site and they don't sell to the public. You sent me the new shields extremely fast and now I am pumping very comfortably. Thanks for the great service and for having this hard to find item. You saved me!
