I used this pump after I found using a manual pump extremely difficult. This was the next most affordable option. I was satisfied, but it took a long time. My baby had to have an operation and was in the hospital for about a week; the hospital let me use a double pump, one that allows you to pump both sides at the same time, and I was in heaven! It makes it go so much faster! With a newborn, you don't have a lot of time anyway, so this is just one of those things that is worth its weight in gold...GET A DOUBLE PUMP! You will be glad you did! Medela is great and I highly recommend them, I loved being able to store milk in the bottle and just put a nipple on it and warm it up!

Easy to use, comfortable & gets the job done. I love this pump, altho I use it maybe 2-3 times per day. I wouldnt suggest this product for anyone needing to pump more than that.
