Smells a lot like plastic (obviously) and retains a lot of the folds, but does the job of keeping the carpet from getting messy and stained from dropped food. Large enough to create a big enough circumference for most kids.

I bought this to go under the high chair while I'm teaching my five month old how to eat cereal. Love it. We have carpet in our dining area, so this is great. Will work well. Covers a huge area. And easy to clean. The price was great as well.

This is a pretty good product. I also wanted the monkey one, but got the other. It's alright though. It is very big so it catches all of the food my one year old drops/throws. It's also very easy to clean.

I was really hoping to get the Monkey patter on the mat, but I got the one with a lion and some other animal. But that's okay. The description stated that the customer would get one of the two patterns.

This mat is great. It's very wide so it covers alot of space under the chair. So far, everything my child has thrown down has landed on the mat. And being made out of the material is it made out of, it's easy to clean. You can either pick it up and take it outside to clean or just wipe up with a wet rag.
