More environmental, sounds good. When I opened the package, I was impressed with the quality. However, when I tried one tonight, I discovered the adhesive tape is too strong and when it got caught in my daughter's hair, I could not manage to get it out without ripping out a bunch of long hairs with it. OUCH! They may work well for kids with short hair, but I will not use one ever again with my long haired daughters.
