I called in and was promtly sent a new one within a week! It was so easy to install. Really great if you have a wider opening. It slides or swings open. Safely locks, yet can be easily opened by adult with one hand. Well worth the money. And nice for inside or outdoors. This is a great company to do business with. Marty

She is very small, yet safely contained without worrying about her getting her head caught in it. It was perfect for the wide steps! Very easy to install, I especially like how you can easily slide it open or swing it open. It locks closed and is easy for an adult to unlock with one hand. We are completly satisfied with it. Plus the weather won't hurt it. Marty
