phil & teds Sport Stroller Travel Bag

Took a little while to figure out how to pack our double stroller into it which is the key. Practice putting it into the bag before going to the airport/trane/ship etcetera.

We have the wheel fenders on ours and they must be taken off for the stroller to fit in the bag. Also take off the front wheel and fold the stroller push bar as far as you can after collapsing the stroller and locking it in the collapsed position.

If you do this, then you can place the front wheel on the front seat and the back seat on top of that and close the bag easily.

Note, you can't lock the wheels ( which is good so the stroller can be wheeled ), but the aiport may say to lock them. We didn't have any issues leaving them unlocked.

This is a very tight fit for the stroller to fit in the bag. (We have the Dash version). The zipper separated on our first trip. However, it protected the stroller very well when we checked it on the airlines which is very important for such a pricy stroller!

This is a great bag to trael with! It protects the stroller from the not so gentle handling at the airports, and it also lets you check in your stroller as a regular bag in stead of oversize luggage.
It has a snug fit, and I agree with other reviewers that it is a good idea to practise putting the stroller in the bag BEFORE you go to the airport. I also had to take off the plastic guards on the wheels in order to fit the stroller in the bag.

Were trying to fit our Phil and Teds push chair into the bag right now. Its driving me mad. There isn't enough room for the chair. Arrgghhh! And the picture shows the mud guards fitted! No way!

We found this bag hard to figure out--it took my husband about an hour to get the stroller packed the first time, but repacking it at the end of the trip was relatively easy once we got it all figured out. I will say that it JUST fits in the bag, so if you were planning to try and squeeze other things into the bag (like stroller accessories or toys) there likely isn't enough room. Also, we didn't have the front wheel correctly positioned, and because of this it ripped through the bag the first time we used it. This was our fault, but dissapointing that it tore so easily. Unfortunately, there aren't many alternatives if you need to fly with your Phil & Ted, but I certainly wouldn't go to all the trouble of getting it into this (sub par) bag unless I was flying.
