phil & teds Universal Cup Holder

I was so excited to find a cupholder made by phil and teds and i have to say i was disappointed. The instructions seemed pretty simple but the cupholder doesn't feel secure. The holder itself seems free to rotate so although you can adjust it to stay upright, it doesn't seem to lock into place. It's also very big - which is great if you buy supersize drinks and extra large iced coffees, but for regular sized drinks, it's too big.
