I have to admit that once I opened the box on this item, I was really disappointed in its size. I was expecting something that my son could sit up and sort of drum on and shake. This is a very small roller, but perfect for his 8 month old hands to grasp! It is also great for play on his belly and he frequently attempts to crawl towards it. Its turned out to be one of his favorites and so I have to love it! Great buy overall for the price...

I really like the colorful look of this toy and the clacky sound it makes, but it is much smaller than I thought it would be. It's only about the size of a large baby food jar. It rolls well though, and my baby chases it across the floor, and it's non toxic, which is always good.

It turns out my son really likes this toy, especially the nice sound it makes, but it is MUCH smaller than I expected. I guess I didn't really read that it is only about 4 inches...I was expecting something much larger. That said, it is a cute little toy, my son likes that he can hold it himself, and it fits easily into a diaper bag.
