Mar-y-Sol Salinas from San Antonio, TX October 16th, 2009 I bought this for my son's first birthday, and must say it really is the cutest darn baby walker around! After searching for the perfect baby walker, I knew this was the one. Not only is it cute, but it is beautifully made, and even nicer than the picture. My little guy absolutely loves it, and smiles so big when he makes the woodpeckers peck. I also love that it is very earth friendly! Every baby should have one of these.

Tammy October 15th, 2009 Overall this is a beautiful, well-crafted, heirloom quality toy. It doesn't tip over easily, the bar is at a perfect height, and I like the fact that you can adjust the tension on the wheel. The only thing that is a bit annoying is that my daughter loves to flip the woodpeckers over backwards, which keeps the wheels from turning. Also, it doesn't turn easily (but I'm not sure any of them do) so if you live in a small place like us, you have to follow her around and turn it for her. I'm happy with the purchase and it's so well build that I plan to save it for neices and nephews and maybe even grandchildren.

WT May 22nd, 2009 This is a great walker. The set up was easy, and the walker is very well built and very sturdy. I also like the fact that you can control the speed at which the walker rolls on the floor, which is important if you have a child who likes to charge at full speed. The only detraction from the walker is that it is very hard to turn (which is not a bad thing since you can dictate which direction you go) and as a result, my son typically walks the stroller to the end of the room, stops and starts crawling because he can't get the walker to make a U-turn.

Nancie Way from NY May 18th, 2009 I gave the woodpecker walker to my granddaughter for her 1st birthday and she just loved it!! I'm a bit protective of her but the walker was perfect. It doesn't tip over and she can pull herself up and take off. She loves the sound of the woodpeckers pecking. It was the perfect gift and I'm sure that it will strengthen her little legs. I highly recommend it!! Well built and it took so little time to assemble it! I'm very pleased!!

Art Graves May 8th, 2009 Our daughter was loves it. She uses it inside the house and outside on the sidewalk. We have had it almost a month and she still uses it as much now as when we took it out of the box.
We love that it is a beautiful, clever wooden toy and not some huge piece of plastic.

Mavis Waller December 20th, 2008 This walker is excellent. The penny-farthing design and good weight make it virtually impossible for baby to tip it. The height of the bar is right, and the construction is solid. It's easy to assemble; all you need is a philips screwdriver, and it takes just a few minutes. I love the asymmetry of the colours. The noise of the woodpeckers is perhaps a little loud for timid babies, but can be dampened with 2 circles of felt. My 8 month old son took to it like a duck to water this afternoon and zoomed after those woodpeckers with a huge grin on his face. A great buy, and one you can feel good about too, because it's made by a Green company. If your baby is desperate to get mobile, and your back is sore from bending down to hold baby's hands, this will help.
