I purchased the green bebepod and I would totally recommend this product. My son is 6 mts and he loves to just sit and play with the toy. When it's time to eat pull out the tray and placemats it comes in handy no matter where we are home, mall, or restaurant. The bebepod is wonderful.

I bought this chair for my 5 month old son and was very disappointed by the strong chemical smell it gave off. The smell even soaked into his clothes after sitting in the chair for just a few minutes. We returned the chair as the smell did not go away after two plus weeks.

I bought this seat (in red) when my son was 10 weeks old because he really enjoyed being upright. He has used it ever since and now that he is 6 months old, we are using it to feed him solids. It is sturdy, safe and fun. He loves the toy. I would recommend buying the bebe plus over just the plain bebe pod since the toy is such a huge hit and with the tray, it can be used as a high chair of sorts (always supervise your child). My only complaint is that there aren't more toys that will attach to the tray. I have searched all over to find more sassy toys that will fit with no success.

This seat STINKS! As soon as I opened the box the smell of this seat was overwhelming. I'm not sure what they are doing differently when making this version because I have one of the original designs (before they made the pommel removable and added the tray/toy) and it never smelt like this. I even left it out all day and when I just walk through the room my head starts to hurt. Also, the tray is not very stable. It might do OK for a small baby (3-5 months) that doesn't really play a lot yet, but as they get a little older and start really pulling and pushing on their toys they tray is just too wobbly. This newer style is also not as soft as the original version. My advice...don't buy this item. Stick with the original BeBePod without the tray.
