easy to install (comes with doublestick tape). nice soft, squishy feel is a big improvement on sharp fireplace edges. since you install separate pieces next to each other, you can see a sort of "seam" where two pieces meet, but for the price and ease of use that's not really a big deal. It is easy to trim the pieces with a bread cutting knife so that they fit your space. would be nice if it came in other colors in addition to grey.
