This versatile seat can best be described as safe, sporty and so comfy. The young sport car seat offers the latest and greatest safety protections like shock-absorbing EPS foam used in sensitive head and shoulder areas, deep side wings and a height adjustable 5-point safety harness with contoured belt pads. This seat has improved safety thanks to an innovative SIP system. The extra large side protection shell provides additional peace of mind for side impact collisions or support when turning. It also has a central belt adjuster for quick harness adjustments and its specially designed hoods hold belts firmly in place. The Young Sport is a forward-facing, LATCH compatible toddler car seat that transforms into a belt-positioning booster seat with a few very easy adjustments. It's east to install, and is suited for use in vehicles fitted with 2 or 3-point safety belts as well as the LATCH system (the young sport is LATCH compatible while in its forward-facing mode only--not booster mode).
The young sport also lives up to its name in sportiness. It has a convenient handle for easy transport and a removable seat cushion that provides a custom fit for each age group. Not to mention its comfortable padding, integrated armrests for long journeys and machine washable Microfiber upholstery.
