For over ten years, Canadian-based Robeez has been a leader in crafting exceptionally high-quality children's footwear. In addition to their passionate commitment to strength and durability, Robeez is dedicated to continually improving and refining children's footwear.

The Robeez story began in 1994 when new mother Sandra Wilson found herself out of work. Taking inspiration from her 18-month old son Robert, Sandra crafted a pair of brightly colored, soft-soled leather shoes for him. She was pleased to see how much Robert liked the shoes and how the soft soles allowed him to "feel" the floor. Sandra named the shoes after her son and thus "Robeez" was born.

Sensing other parents would appreciate these high-quality shoes, Sandra stitched 20 pairs and attended the 1994 Vancouver Gift Show trade exhibition. The overwhelming response she received from retailers proved Sandra had a winner! Incredible growth soon followed and by 2001, sales topped $1.2 million Canadian and doubled the following year. In September 2006 Robeez was acquired by Stride Rite Corporation, a well-known marketer of high-quality children's footwear.

Robeez is committed to supporting infants and children in need. The Robeez Heart & Soul program was founded in 2003 and it has since donated over 150,000 pairs of shoes and booties to children worldwide. Additionally, Robeez partnered with K.I.D.S. and Americares to donate over $300,000 worth of shoes to orphanages and health care facilities. Other organizations supported by Robeez include Children's Hunger Fund, Success by 6, the Canadian Red Cross and Free the Children.
