Kim from MO February 17th, 2010 I bought a safety first medical kit and all of the products I have tried so far are horrible. I am a nurse so maybe my standards are too high, but what a waste of money. The finger nail clippers caused my son to have split nails and hang nails, the scissors have such thick blades that you couldn't cut their nails unless they were WAY long. The nasal aspirator came apart when I squeezed it and the tip popped off and hit my son in the forehead. The syringe is only marked with 0.5 ml markings so if your Dr. prescribes them to get 1.2 mls of a medicine, as was the case with his acid reflux meds., too bad. (I sent my husband to Walgreens and they gave him some free syringes) The only thing I can't say bad is that the emory boards work (but seriously, how could you screw up emory boards?)
