Submitted By: WhiteDove from Morgantown, WV Date: 02/06/2009 I just got a set of the fork and spoon set. They are wonderful - but only for kids who are right handed. Note in the pictures how these utensils slant to the left. Yes, the kids have an easier time learning to feed themselves and get more food into their mouths rather than in their lap or on the floor. The bowl part of each is deep enough to get a good size bite even if the child spills some of the food, which always seems to happen.
However, for kids who are left handed i would suggest using utensils with straight handles unless you can find utensils made especially for left handed children. I take care of a child who uses his left hand and this set really doesn't work for him at all. If i can find a set for toddlers who are left handed i'll get them.
