Submitted By: LB from Florida   Date: 07/18/2008 I have a 12 month old who is just learning to use a spoon. I liked the idea of a thick, short handle with a curve, with no metal. She uses the handle for teething, but has no problem gripping it. The holes in the spoon bowl are supposed to keep food from falling off, but I don't see how.

Our daughter does very well feeing herself, but out son is pretty messy and needs practice. Both use this spoon well. It does seem to hold food fairly well and the kids can really handle the spoon well. We use it at all most all meal times.
