I really liked the See-Me-Star -- it's bright, cheerful and has different textures to explore -- but it is not our son's favorites. He will hold onto the wooden ring and shake the thing occassionally but the mirror is just too small for him to see himself I think.

Also, I bought this for him at age 3 months and it wasn't interesting to him until about 5 months.
