GabrielsMommy from NJ January 14th, 2009 This is a great idea and nice to have as a precaution. I've been using Evenflo Glass bottles withotu the siliskin for a year now, and it took me 10 months to break one. The bottle was hot and I dropped it on the tile floor. It broke into two large pieces with very few fragments if any. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Evenflo glass bottles. I recommend the latex nipples for infants, they are slower flow and leak less. If you tighten the cap on the bottle and use the latex nipples they DO NOT leak. I use the slow flow silicone nipples now for my one year old and I have NO leak problems. My son drops them ands throws them and once I lost one from my diaper bag and it went rolling away in a parking lot without a scratch. I ordered the siliskin now that my son is a little older just in case and so far they are working out great. They come on and off easily and even cleaned them in the top rack of my dishwasher. Great idea to help protect another awesome product.
