The Nelsons from California  August 2nd, 2010 We had considered various booster chairs as we are grandparents and the little one visits here only once a year. We decided to purchase the Tripp Trapp as that is the chair her parents chose for her and which she uses daily at her home. Family meals are important and having a red chair here for her as a permanent fixture is comforting.

Michele from Boston, MA June 24th, 2010 We have one of these chairs for my now three year old son and I just ordered a second for my 8 month daughter. I love that it can grow with them and that they can sit at the table and eat. We really do enjoy meals together (believe it or not). Love that it doesn't look like those cheap plastic highchairs and there are no places for food to get stuck in. I bought a simple, clear desk protector from Ikea to put at the table to protect the table and for easy clean up and it has worked out beautifully. I have nothing but glowing reviews. I did get the infant set and it proved handy initially, though the harness is pretty big. I never had a problem with that though.

Devin from Wynnewood, PA June 23rd, 2010 I've used the Tripp Trapp since by daughter was 6 months old (now 21 months)and LOVE IT. Easy to put together and so easy to clean, just wipe with a damp paper towel. The cushion washes really well in the washing machine. My daughter loves being part of the family sitting right at the table. I use a Tiny Diner placemat that suction cups right to the table to protect our table. I'm now purchasing my second Tripp Trapp for my 6 month old son. I'm sure he will love it just as much as his sister.

nadine from miami, fl  June 16th, 2010 really echo what others have said about this and will say that my daughter uses cloth diapers and when you use the baby adjuster, it is really hard to get her out, what I have to do is to remove the cushion back and take her out. I can tell that once she outgrows that and can sit on her own that this will be a great chair. It is very well made and sturdy and takes up very little room.

It is a solidly built piece of furniture that looks stylish and works very well. Plus our little girl loves it and enjoys sitting right up at the table with Mom and Dad. One tip - because we waited until she was 8 months, she only needed the harness, not the infant insert.

debbie  May 2nd, 2010 For starters if you don't have a tray, this doesn't work with a round table because food falls all over the floor. There is no real backrest so your child can fling his/her head back into whatever is behind. The foot rest slides out too easily and ended up crashing on the floor bringing out daughter to tears. The harness never really fit our baby and doesn't even seem to fit the child in the picture. We received this for free so we can be pretty objective. After a month we bought a 100 high chair that worked perfectly.

Rie January 28th, 2010 I highly recommend this high chair.
My son(1 1/2 boy) loved to try to stand up on a high chair every time he sat on his previous chair, but now he loves to sit his new high chair, Stokke Tripp Trapp and can sit on it until he finishes his meal. It is so amazing to me.
In addittion, it was so easy to assemble.

Akiko Leeman from WA January 1st, 2010 We are expecting a baby for early February but we decided to get the chair in advance. We received our Tripp Trapp chair a week ago and ..wow!
My husband built it in a few minutes and I'm using it at my dresser to put my make up on. we were both amaze by the versatility of it.
We are both great fans of Scandinavian products and design. We are not disappointed with this one. Even if you had to assemble some parts, they used a very good quality wood plywood and hardware.
We can't wait to have our baby enjoy it

He had sat in a similar chair at his cousin's house and decided a booster wasn't for big boys. This chair adds a nice burst of color (we got red) and helps him be as independent as he wants to be which is fine by me. Our baby slides right up to the table to be a part of dinner with the whole family. I also love its adjustable height and beautiful wood finish.

Youn August 18th, 2009 I saw this chair at my friend's house couple years ago. I didnot realize how this chair good for kids at that time. Now I have 3 year old girl and she really loves it.
Maybe this is too much for kids however this chair covers more than 10 years from infant.

I ordered the red and I really love it! I am excited that it can grow with her. My husband did not like putting it together, but once together it looks like it not going anywhere. William August 5th, 2009 We purchased the Stokke Tripp Trapp, and find it to be a fantastic piece of furniature for our little one. It is comfortable, adjustable and above all stable. This is a great investment as it will grow with him as he ages. I would recommend it to anyone!

Jane August 4th, 2009 This is our 2nd Stokke chair and we love them. I could hardly wait to get our youngest out of the high chair and into the Stokke chair at the table. He loves it too! They are super sturdy, stylish and very easy to clean.

Mountain Mom from Colorado August 4th, 2009 I am very happy with the tripp trapp. My daughter is almost 10 months old and she was absolutely thrilled to be sitting at the table with Mom and Dad instead of on it in her Bumbo. I also purchased the tray (for the tripp trapp, not by stokke) from another site, so I can have a more typical high chair for those times when it's just not convenient to be sitting down at the table with the baby. Both the tray and chair get a thumbs up from me. I also bought the baby rail - and it's great, but I really didn't need it. When she's at the table she's fine with just the harness, and the rail and tray don't work together. Now I know. I highly recommend this product and I plan to buy another when it's time for baby #2.

She is from Germany and bought the chair there but said I should give it a try and order it from babyearth. The service is AMAZING! it arrived 2 days after my purchase and I am extremely pleased with the price and service, and variety of other products you offer. Now, about the Stokke chair, it can't be better. It is a product that will certainly grow with my kids, it is made with a good quality, and easy to assemble. What else can I expect?

It makes for a more peaceful meal than with him on my lap reaching for my plate! We didn't get the baby set, as long as the baby can sit without support the straps work fine.

Michiko February 3rd, 2009 We love this Stokke Tripp Trapp high Chair. Our baby is about 6 months old and he seems love it more!
Since our dining room is where we spend most of time in our daily life (using the dining room table as the office table), for him to be sitting with us at the table is very exciting. With this chair he can get as close to the table as we want him; unlike other high chairs which have their own table attached to the chair. We think that the glider attachment is great also, as it adds to the stability and ease of use of the chair
We love it.

Catherine October 18th, 2008 What I like best about this chair is that you don't have to lift your child in and out of it. They can climb into it themselves. I like the over the shoulder harness too. The chair comes with extenders for the back legs to make it less likely to tip but I find that they make the chair a bit slippery on hard wood floors and thus a little harder to climb up.
The design of the chair is very sleek and attractive. Note that the height of the chair is just like an average chair. It would not work in place of a bar stool for a kitchen counter.

A Beatson September 30th, 2008 Your chair is wonderful, our 18 month old has a 4 yr old sister and wanted to be like her. He refused to sit in the high chair. Now he can sit at the table with her and most of the fits and food throwing have stopped.
