I don't write reviews for products, but felt compelled to for this one. One of the best purchases we made was the Summer Video Monitor; it frees us up to go about our daily household business and provides peace of mind knowing our baby is safe. The range is powerful enough to reach any corner of our house, the picture is clear enough to see expressions on our little guy's face, and the nighttime vision feature is perfect for those guilty obsessive seek peeks without waking him up. The camera rotates close to 360 degrees, so even mounted as we have ours, we can position our baby in different areas of the crib and always have a view of his face. Better than any audio-only monitor, the Summer Video Monitor lets you see when your baby is sleeping peacefully and know why he's crying instead of only that he is.
