I bought this product because it looks like it has a lot of features, plus I love the looks of it. I knew I made a mistake the minute I took it out of the box. The plastic of the monitor already looked scratched and was totally cheap looking. It constantly makes static "clicking" noises which are really irritating when you're trying to sleep. Despite the noise, we've used it for 3 months. Last night however was the last time. In the middle of the night, my husband realized that the sound wasn't working. The lights were moving but no sound was being transmitted. Our poor little 3 month old was screaming - who knows for how long! I will never buy a product from this brand again!
