Car Seat Travel Bag

Great value for money. The travel bag fits our Maxi Cosi Mico + base and still has plenty of room other bulky items you want to check in like diapers, baby bjorn, blankets, jackets etc. Held up well for our round trip flight. The bag would also provide great protection from dust etc while storing your carseat for the next little arrival.

Tore on our first airline flight. Will look for something made of tougher fabric next time. I guess you get what you pay for.

These car seat bags have held up well through 3 round trips across country so far. There are a few worn spots and small rips but nothing that cannot be patched. I am suprised how well it has held up for how inexpensive the cost. It fits my Britax carseat which is another big plus, but it does take a bit of skill to get it in the bag, once in it fits like a dream with room to spare. The bags are a bit akward to carry if you have more than one so I am not sure I would recommend it for carrying the seat through the airport but overall worth every penny to keep my carseats protected!

I thought these travel car seat bags were pretty good. I was very pleased that as advertised my Britax carseat fit! It took a little manuvering to get it in the bag but it zipped up not a problem. With my Graco car seat there was plenty of room to add extra items as well. Obviously, you get what you pay for and one bag does have a small tear in it but they did what they were supposed to and protected my carseats from being torn. It will not be hard to patch the bag due to the material it is made of. Overall a good product for the deal you get.

We checked this bag packed with the car seat and a number of other necessities. There was still plenty of room left. I noticed that the airline gave other parents a plastic bag to wrap their car seats in. I was afraid that since the Travel Bag is made of thin cloth and is not reinforced, that the car seat would get beat up. But it worked just fine, and there wasn't a scratch on any of our things.

We have 2 car seats to take along when we travel and these came in so handy when we went on a trip to NC. We were able to stuff some bulkier items (life jackets, hubby's golf shoes etc) into them so we didn't have to take as much luggage along. The price is right, so if the bag gets a little abuse from the handlers, we don't feel bad...at least the seat's protected.

We have a Britax Marathon and just went out on first flight where we checked the car seat. This bag worked great. Sturdy and clean, the bag protected the car seat and made it easier for us to transport.

We were able to fit so much more in this bag with our infant car seat, which was great since it checks at the airline counter for free. The shape is a little awkward for an infant seat and made more for a toddler seat, but it still worked just fine with loads of room to spare.

Great bag for a great price. I baggage checked this bag twice on my last trip with an infant car seat and a SnuggleNest bed inside. It survived without any damage! I would like to point out that as of June 2009 the description and photo on the BabyEarth website is not totally correct. The version of this bag you will receive does NOT open from the bottom. The box looks almost exactly the same (same lady carrying the bag) except the inset picture is removed. The bag you will actually receive opens in a U shape on the same side as the strap. It functions just as well, in my opinion, but it's still good to know in case you are trying to compare bags.

I took my Britax carseat on the travel bag, thru 4 airports (round trip). I checked it at the counter, and it works really well. It protects my carseat from damage and dirt.
I recommended it 100%.

Was looking for a bag to check-in the car seat so I wouldn't have to worry about the default airline (Southwest) issued plastic bags ripping open. For the price, this one worked great on our trip. I have a maxi-cosi priori car seat and it fit very well in this bag with room to spare. The zipper actually buttons down when fully closed so you don't have to worry about it inadvertently coming open. We rested it on top of our moderately sized wheelie luggage with the shoulder strap over the handle and was able to roll it around pretty easily. I had thought about getting a wheeled version initially, but I'm glad I didn't since that would have just added unnecessary bulk and would've needed another hand to tow. The extra space in the bag was also handy for those additional purchases made on our trip ;).

This is just a follow up to my review from earlier regarding the bad that was damaged on the first flight....I called customer service, and they were wonderful. Will be receiving a refund for the product.

We used this bag so we could check the car seat, and not have to worry about the car seat getting damaged, and to make it easier to carry the car seat along with our luggage. The car seat did not get damaged which was great, however, the strap broke off on the very first flight (it isnt made in a way that it can be removed), and the bag had a tear in one of the seams. Not happy with the product, and going to see if they will send me another one, or give me a refund, but havent had a chance to call yet to see what they will say.

we just traveled from chicago to texas and needed to take 3 car seats! i purchased 3 of these bags to carry the car seats and took advantage of the extra space to get all the kids' clothes in them as well. saved us over a hundred dollars on bag check-in costs. the bags are sturdy and protected everything in them.

This travel bag was a great purchase. We put our infant car seat with base and another small bag fit as well. And it was easy to carry around with the strap. We plan on keeping it to store the car seat in storage closet.

We purchased this for our toddler's bulky convertible car seat. It had so much extra space that we also packed my infant's bumbo, tray and about 80 diapers + wipes! Really easy to get the car seat in it. No rips or tears to our destination. However, there were a few rips on one side of the bag when we got home. I'm not to concerned about it, I'll just tape it for next time. I read reviews about other bags (different brand) pretty much falling apart on the first flight. So I thought the bag held up well and was a great price. I'm glad I did not get one with wheels, it would have been useless since we put all our luggage on a cart anyway.
