Soothie Teething Pacifier

My son started on the soothie pacifier while in the NICU & wouldn't take anything else. So when he started sticking the whole newborn soothie in his mouth at about 7 or 8 months, I found this teether with the same nipple, but too big to put the whole thing in his mouth. It was a little heavy in the beginning, but once he realized that was all he was getting, he adapted very quickly. He has used the nubby sides while teething & just sucks on it when he needs the pacifier. Great product! Just wish they came in softer colors - this is a HUGE pacifier & certainly stands out in the green color.

I got this for my grandson he loves it. The sides are wide enough he can hold it with one or both hands. The texture is just right for him at 5 months of age. I will pass this product along to other grandchildren.

the soothie brand is excellent for preemie babies,due to the fact that most nicu's use them.My son was born very premature, and started on a soothie paci very early on in the nicu.When he was big enough he graduated to a wub-a-nub which also incorporated the soothie nipple.what i noticed is he was not only sucking on the the paci he started chewing on the edges of the paci as well,so when i saw this on the babyearth site I was very excited. My son loves this pacifier because it is not just a pacifier but a teether as well.it has ribbed edges, and a rectangle shape as well as the nipple. He can put any part of this pacifier in his mouth, and chew on any part of it.It has substantial weight, and size to it which is a pro because he can hold it,play with it, chew and suck on it.the con is that its s little to heavy for naptime or bedtime. a super find!!!! a+++++
