laurakph from Eldon, MO October 6th, 2009 I love it! It's a little heavy for my little 9 month (7 months adjusted) preemie, but she'll grow into it. Also, I had to take out the stopper because she won't suck.

salpie from Hacienda heights, ca September 26th, 2009 This was such a good idea with the whole stainless steel thing, however it leaks like crazy!!! Actually "leaks" is putting it mildly. More like "pours". The cap does not attatch securely. The playtex sippy is the best when it comes to leaks. I really wanted a stainless steel one but I'm VERY DISSAPOINTED!!! That was such an expensive bad buy. Oh well...

LulusMom from Fredericksburg, VA September 18th, 2009 My 9-month old liked this sippy cup for several weeks. I could freeze some water in it then add water on top and the ice would stay in for hours, which is wonderful when it is 90 degrees in the summer. It was the perfect item to load in her car seat when the car was already hot. I noticed the cup starting to leak after about 3 or 4 months. Then the whole cup started dumping out, in the car seat. It was only then I realized the top is made up of 4 different parts and can and should be taken apart for cleaning. When I got them apart they were covered with MILDEW. I almost threw up. I washed, boiled and bleached the parts, but it was too late, they were stained permanently. And it didn't matter, the leak was still there. I would buy a new top and start over, but as everyone else has found out, you can not buy new parts. Still, I am thinking about the version with the straw since we are going to milk next month. Can it really be true that there is no such thing as a leak-proof sippy cup? WHY NOT??

K from Austin, TX August 18th, 2009 I bought this for my baby and loved it at first, until it started spilling everywhere. You also have to get a knack for closing it. It is heavy, although my baby didn't mind it very much since there were handles. I liked it enough that I bought the straw version...I have pretty much given up on finding a "leak proof" sippy cup. However I found out that there are no replacement parts available from the company. For the price, I would go with a different company like Born Free that offers parts. Was happy that it kept milk cold, but then ended up with sour-milk smell in my car from my baby dropping it and it spilling everywhere.

C from Conroe, TX July 3rd, 2009 The cup in general is niceto look at. But it spills, it is hard to close and is heavy. Kids like to drink juice and this sippy cup is just to small and way to expensive.

Sonia April 14th, 2009 This sippy is too heavy and the spout is rather hard for a 9 month old. Also, my son drinks warm liquids, not cold, so really this "cold liquid only" thermos isn't useful. They are clear about this though in the packaging. I would have given it a 2 star, but hope that as my son ages this will become more useful - as it is rather expensive.

Kara from Denver, CO April 6th, 2009 A good cup - easy to get apart and clean and it does keep the drink cool. A little heavy and it doesn't quite fit in some cupholders but its a good cup. Especially on these spring days!

v January 25th, 2009 Works fairly well. Occasionally it's hard to put the top on well and then it leaks. If everything is put together properly, it works really well.

Judith from Wake Forest, NC November 5th, 2008 We have tried multiple cups for our baby and this one has worked the best so far. We have had no issues with leaking and he seems to be able to drink from this cup the best of any sippy cup we have tried. It is heavier than the plastic ones but our baby is only 7 months old and 16 pounds and has no problem picking it up and drinking from it by himself. It has been dropped a few times without any chipping, which has been a problem with other cups. Overall we really like it and I love that it is not plastic.

Sara from Washington October 2nd, 2008 So far there we haven't had a lot of issues with this cup. It is kind of heavy, but that is to be expected in a stainless steel cup. It leaks sometimes after a drop, but overall it is great.

Phyllis Riley from Covington, GA September 9th, 2008 Do not waste your money, I saw the bad reviews for this product on another site and said it really can't be that bad. Until I bought it and had milk all over the bottom of the baby bag, every thing was soaked. Not leak proof, please do not waste your money.

J's Momma August 3rd, 2008 We bought 4 of these. Unfortunately, not leak proof at all. Really liked the fact that they insulate and are BPA free but can't handle the leaks.
