Anel CarrerafromSan Jose, CA April 21st, 2011 I loved this track book for my first baby, and am planning to get it for my second one. It is soo easy to use, making the tracking of your baby's activities not a problem. It has spaces for just the right and important information. Totally recommend it, this will help to keep more control of your little one's first six months of life.
Kiki December 28th, 2010 I just started on my second book last week. I love this product. It's perfect for my type-A personality. Gives me peace of mind to have all his feedings, diaper changes and sleep patterns in one place in case something comes up and the pediatrician asks, "when was his last wet diaper?" or "when did he start eating less?" You'd think you'd remember these things but with 6+ diapers and feedings a day one sort of blends into the next. A great gift idea for a new mom as well.
Beth December 27th, 2010 I highly recommend this for EVERY parent. It is a must. I would be LOST without it! Excellent for quick record keeping of feedings, milestones & tracking bowel / urine elimination plus MORE! This book is excellent for determining patterns and trends in baby's behaviors, feeding, etc. I brought the book where-ever I went & it was easy for other caregivers to gain info and write down info. My unorganized husband found it simple to use! I am online now ordering a 2nd one. My only complaint is the book is for 3 months use- I'd prefer 6 mths, hense my next purchase!
ElizabethfromAustin, Texas March 1st, 2010 This log book was very helpful. When we had our first child, we created out own log sheets, which worked well enough. But having this baby tracker book made life so much easier with our 2nd child. This book is easy to use and the layout makes it easy to notice patterns in sleep and feedings.
I recommend this product to all of my mommy friends.
vgarrett February 9th, 2010 I have 3 kids now and for each one I have used the baby tracker. I have tried other journals and there has been no comparison that comes close to the detail that you can keep in the baby tracker. In fact, I have purchased this as a baby gift for over 10 friends and family and will continue to do so. It allows you to keep detailed information about the time each activity takes place and gives you adequate space at the bottom to take notes and add reminders. I love that it is spiral bound and I can keep my favorite pen with the journal at all times. The pages are thick so my roller ball pen doesn't bleed through--another feature some of the other journals lack. Great buy for the price.
ShellyfromMinneapolis, MN January 13th, 2010 We actually used this baby tracker journal through our daughters first year. We went through a couple journals and now are switching to the childcare journal since we no longer need the day/nights. It's a great resource for new parents.
Sally R July 9th, 2009 At first we only had the Itzbeen timer (which I highly recommend), but that was only good for telling us how long it had been since the last feeding, diaper, etc. The Baby Tracker helps us keep a record of how often she is doing those things, which is so crucial in the first few weeks and months. Now when the doctor asks how often she is pooping, I can actually tell her!
CorbiefromCalifornia June 25th, 2009 We love the Baby Tracker. It helps us get a sense of our baby's patterns and whether or not we are meeting his needs in a 24-hour period. It's also nice for his other caretakers as it allows them to keep track of everything for us. The tracker is easy to use and very helpful!
S & A & Baby Makes 3... or 4fromRockville, MD May 14th, 2009 Just because when you're blurry eyed and trying to scan this open book to answer your partner's questions like, "What time did she get up this morning?" and, "How many poopy diapers today?" I have to report two constructive criticisms. The "view photos" image on your site of the Baby Tracker Round the Clock's pages looks as if when the book is lying open (or folded open), the "day tracker" page running 6:00am to 5:30pm is on the left, and it's accommodating "night tracker" page running 6:00pm to 5:30am is on the right, which would make sense because it's the remaining 24 hours of the same day. But in fact, because the "tracker" part of this otherwise nicely conceived log book starts with a blank page on the left and then a "day tracker" on the right, you turn the page to the whole book being laid out "night" on the left and "day" on the right. Secondly, while the authors cleverly came up with two different tracker charting symbols for wet versus poopy diapers, I would have rather loved a column for each. It would be easier to scan. Exhausted people can make mistakes with hieroglyphs, and tallying one column of 24 lines a page is easier to visually review for the all important bowl movements of newborns. And it would be nice to have a band closure for diaper bag travel. I'm tying a pen on a chord to the spiral binding to have at midnight. Perhaps I'll tie two in hopes of making one color stand more clearly for poop.
ShannonfromRound Rock, Texas May 11th, 2009 I started using this when we hired the nanny. It has been key to our great relationship - it allows us to track everything my son is doing when we are here and when we are not. I highly recommend this tool for mom's and nanny's or someone who needs to track exactly what their little one is doing. It is a great tool.
CindyfromFishers, IN May 27th, 2008 We love our new journals -- quite an improvement over our prior sloppy notebook! We like the ease of using these 24-hour journals to ensure all of our girls are eating at the expected levels + to also make sure we stay on top of poops! (Helps us understand why one may be crankier than normal if we can check back and see a poop is due!)
Our nanny suggested the journals, and what a great help they are -- we can monitor all of the important progress and leave notes for each other as well.
