This is a great invention! If you travel by plane, this is the only way to go! Not having to fight with a carseat and stroller is awesome. There are some downsides to this product, but the pros outweigh the cons for me.
The seat is very heavy with my 21 lb baby in it. (I'm 5 foot, 108lbs) It's a little bit of a challenge for me to deploy and retract the wheels with her in it. I found that in the jetway it helped to prop my leg against the wall, steady the Sit N Stroll on my leg, while retracting/deploying the wheels. I have taken it on four different airplanes, and could not roll it down any of the aisles. I waited to board last, that way I was able to backout, after testing to see if would fit down aisle, and retract wheels in the jetway. I then had to hold Sit N Stroll, and baby, ABOVE the armrests of seats down the aisle. I was really out of breath by the time I got to my seat! It's a tight fit in the seats, but it will fit, you just have to raise the armrest, and wiggle it til it is straight. Also, you may have to ask the flight attendent for a seatbelt extender, no big deal. As my baby gets heavier, it will be harder to travel by myself, I will have to ask a flight attendent to carry the carseat to my seat, while I carry my baby. But, as I said, I feel like the pros of this seat outweigh the cons. I would not be able to manage a carseat AND stoller by myself, and the Sit N Stroll is a dream when changing planes in the airport. It was awesome to just be able to stroll her to the other side of the airport without having to wait at the jetbridge for a "checked" stroller. Now for those of you stronger than me, and /or traveling with help, you will not have the same "cons" I did. I highly recommend this seat if you plan on traveling by plane. I do NOT recommend this seat as an everyday carseat. I does not have a way to permantly attach to car, even with the latch system. You have to unhook the whole thing everytime you take your child in or out of the seat, since both the seatbelt, and latch system hook across your baby's body.

Our 14-month old is outgrowing his basket car seat so we were in the market for a toddler car seat. We remembered first seeing the sit n stroll from a mom we knew a couple years back and thought then how cool it was. After reading reviews of the sit n stroll and other convertible car seats, we agreed to purchase the sit n stroll. So far, we are loving the sit n stroll because it truly replaces 3 baby gear we currently own - car seat, full size stroller, and chair booster seat. We occasionally go out of town, spend nights at relatives' houses, and go to a hall for bible meetings so we love how it's convenient to roll it out then transform it to a seat to fit the auditorium chairs or a dining chair. Of course for the multi-functionality, you have to sacrifice some things - for example, it's a bit of a hassle to take it in and out of the car with the baby in it. Also the car seat belt path especially in front-facing position is directly in front of the baby so his movement isn't as free as in a conventional seat. But these are not deal-breakers for us considering how the sit n stroll meets all of our needs. We feel the sit n stroll is the best value for our money.

We are using 2 of these Sit n' Strolls currently for our 9 month old and 3 month old girls. We traveled by car, then by plane to our vacation destination. These work great! We had concerns that the Sit n' Stroll might not fit in the airplane seat, but it fit perfectly! We are using them as car seats now for our daily travels on our vacation. If the girls happen to fall asleep during the car ride, we can unload them and stroll them along without disturbing them. We've taken these into restaurants without waking the girls and they sit nicely next to the table. One good feature for that use is that the handle slides down and is out of the way. Our girls seem comfortable while riding in their Sit n' Stroll. This is a great travel product and I would recommend it to anyone traveling with babies or young ones. Being able to travel through the airport while pushing them along is fabulous. Then you have the convenience of loading them into the aircraft in an approved child seat. Then off again to be wheeled wherever you're going! I don't have any negative issues with the Sit n' Stroll.

Loved the combination stroller/car seat "Sit N Stroll". Received prompt customer service, I had to switch shipping
addresses and they promptly fixed my problem. Everything arrived in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this web site!

I did alot of research before I did my first overseas trip with my 2yr old. I knew I wanted a carseat because if I let him sit in the plane seat he would A) unbuckle all the time and B) slump and be very uncomfortable when he fell asleep. So I went online and did my homework - I discovered this wonderful product - what more did I need / want - it had everything! Carseat (FAA approved), stroller, booster seat -I fell in love and bought it online and arranged for it to be shipped to Australia (costing a total of $320)- I was set - we got to the airport early and was very excited - BUT when we boarded the plane and tried to use the seat it was slightly too big!! I pushed, I pulled, I tried every angle and ended up in tears - crying - how am I going to fly without it?????? They took it off me and stowed it under the plane in luggage - IT DID NOT FIT ON Air New Zealand BOEING 777 - and when I arrived in New Zealand to trans planes I was unable to get it for the 2nd leg of my flight because it was now 'luggage' - SO BEWARE!!! It may not be 100% for all aircrafts.....

This is a great product. Make sure you know the product before you travel. Test the latch system and know which mathod you will need to use and how. The shade cover is not very useful.

This is the best thing I have ever bought for the money it is worth every penny. My mother and I bought one to check it out when we got it we saw how neat it was so we boght two more. They are easy to wash and to use. When I whent on a trip my son was 3months old and I got the one that was gray and blue and the other ones where all blue so we could tell the differnt's between mine and my mom's they worked awsome. we when to new york, pennslavana, maryland driving and flew from california and the extras are a good idia to buy a long with it. My son is now two and mine looks new just like the others. The wheels fold up under the plastic so your seat's don't get drity in the car's. And caparing to other people on the plane thier car seat's didn't fit as well as mine. We still use ours as the second car set in the truck it works better then the other car seats we have no stroller needed even on a trip and you don't even have to wake him up to go in to the store. Thank you so much who ever in vented this car seat.

Sit 'n' Stroll

TriplePlay Products Sit 'n' Stroll

In this day and age where simplification is highly sought after but tough to achieve, the Sit 'n' Stroll by TriplePlay Products makes everyone's life a little easier. This product is perfect for parents on-the-go, commuters, or those just looking to downsize the amount of baby gear they own. The Sit 'n' Stroll offers five options for use with your child: a rear-facing car seat, forward-facing car seat, booster seat, stroller and a flight seat. Additionally, all of the converting between modes can be done while the child is still seated, and the same seat may be used from the birth of your child up through the toddler stages. The days of awkwardly attempting to transfer a child from car seat to stroller without waking and thereby inducing crankiness are long gone!

Planes, trains, and automobiles alike comfortably fit the Sit 'n' Stroll, which is FAA-certified and passes all USA Department of Transportation standards for safety. In the rear-facing position, the child restraint is safe for newborns and children up to thirty pounds, and the forward-facing position holds children from twenty to forty pounds in weight. The new 4001 model is a "snap" to install with the LATCH compatible buckling system, which works just like a regular seat belt. The five-point safety harness has straps that adjust in three positions for shoulder height as the child grows. The center strap adjusts with one simple pull, and a Top Tether secures the seat to the vehicle as tightly as possible. The head cushion provides added cranium support for infants, and the cover is comfortable, plush and washable.

The stroller mode features a special suspension system to reduce jostling and make rides down the sidewalk that much smoother. Petite moms, taller mothers and even fathers alike may push with ease, as the stroller handles are adjustable for height with handle grips made of foam. The wheels are made of rubber and are fully shock-absorbent: the front wheels swivel, allowing for tight turns around corners, and the back wheels feature independent rear wheel brakes, easily activated by a tap of the foot. The wheels retract completely so as not to damage any upholstery on the seat of the vehicle and are shielded from sight when the stroller is converted to the car seat mode. Diaper bags and purses fit nicely in the rear storage compartment, and the Sit 'n' Stroll is easy to cart around with a frame made of lightweight aluminum. The Sit 'n' Stroll sits low enough to the ground so stroller tips and spills may be avoided.

The stroller can then be wheeled in to any restaurant and converted into a booster seat for mealtimes to bypass hunting around and sanitizing ones the restaurant provides. The child is also brought up to the caregiver's level, ensuring a more secure experience for both.

BabyEarth also offers a detachable mesh Stroller Bag that fits on the back of the stroller to hold any items you wish to keep close at your fingertips, secured within a zippered pocket and sporting a bottle holder so your child's needs are always close at hand. A Sit 'n' Stroll Travel Bag holds and safely stores the Sit 'n' Stroll during times of nonuse and is made of durable, nylon fabric. The large zipper allows for easy insertion into the bag without hassle or fumbling. A carrying handle and over-the-shoulder strap seal the deal.

Parents can't stop raving about the innovation and creativity of the TriplePlay Sit 'n' Stroll, a perfect example of receiving more for your money. Buying one piece that fits the needs of five products also benefits the environment in big ways. Do the world and yourself a favor and purchase a Sit 'n' Stroll from BabyEarth.com today.
