We got this as a shower gift and it is the best hooded towel we have. It washes really well and is super soft! The organic fabric really does make the difference.

I love Under the Nile - the cotton is organic, great quality, and very soft. It's thicker than the Bumkins organic hooded towel in comparison. The washcloth is just perfect for washing the baby. I have 2 sets of these - the frog and the duck. I highly recommend this towel and washcloth set.

Great towel set. And it's so big! But if you want something softer for your newborn, I'd recommend their kimono bathrobe instead.
